Registrar's Office E-Forms
The Academic Petition form is now live as an e-form! The e-form is intuitive and eliminates the need for submitting two documents for items such as late add/drop or the Incomplete Policy. Students can also monitor the form’s progress using the history tab. The link can be found on the Forms page of the Registrar’s Office website and under Forms and Links on my.fpu.edu.
A huge thank you to Catherine Lusk for your hard work in creating this form!
