SCORR 2019 at Biola University (Feb 22-24)

The Student Congress on Racial Reconciliation (SCORR), held annually at Biola University, is right around the corner and we have a limited number of spots for faculty and staff to attend. SCORR is a 2 day conference (Feb. 22-24) during which student, faculty and staff from many Christian universities gather to learn about and celebrate the wonderful diversity within the body of Christ. This year, John Perkins (Founder of CCDA) and Bryan Loritts ( Author of  RIGHT COLOR, WRONG CULTURE) will be the plenary speakers. We usually end the trip with a visit to a culturally rich area of Los Angeles to debrief our time and enjoy the company of students. The University Diversity Committee has committed to provide funding for a limited number of faculty and staff. If you are interested in, or have questions about, participating in this great event with the FPU community, please contact Cindy Jurado Hernandez at
