Updates from the School of Education

The School of Education has two updates to share with the campus community:  Dr. Matt Gehrett has accepted a full-time appointment with the Chawanakee Academy Charter and will begin his assignment next Monday.  This, from the Academy’s website: Dr. Gehrett will serve our students at Chawanakee Academy Charter as an independent study/home school teacher. He will also be our robotics/STEM teacher “extraordinaire”.  Matt will continue his leadership of the Education Technology program this year as a half-time faculty member and will maintain an office at Bartsch Hall.  We do wish our dear colleague well in his new assignment!

Also, we are pleased to announce that our recently retired colleague, Mary Winslow, is now unretired . . . again  ☺  Mary has graciously offered to come back to our Visalia Campus in her previous position as we continue to search for a Multiple Subjects program director at the campus.  Welcome back, Mary!!!!!
