Notice from Payroll

Attention all employees:

With the Christmas to New Year’s holiday week on the horizon, we in the Human Resources Office want to ensure you are aware of a change in the time entry due date to ensure there is no interruption in pay while the university is closed. To accommodate the holiday week, time entry for the December 15 – December 28 pay period will be moved to Friday, December 20. Please enter all hours worked and university holiday time for December 24 – December 27 in advance (for those that qualify for this benefit). All time entries must be entered and approved before leaving for the holiday break. Doing this will ensure that you will receive all your payments on January 3, 2020.   • 12/23/19 – Time Approval Deadline at midnight
  • 1/3/20 – Payroll Distribution
  • 12/24/19 – 1/1/20– Campus Closed
