Chrome River is Here!

Chrome River is an expense management software that will allow Fresno Pacific to go paperless for our Bank of the West MasterCard reports and for out-of-pocket expenses for employees (staff, faculty and adjunct faculty). Chrome River offers online webinars for new users. To access the live webinars, please go to and register for “Creating and Submitting Expense Reports”. If you are an approver, you will also want to register for “Approving Expense Reports”. 


If you are having problems finding a time for a live webinar that works for you, when you go to the Chrome River training page, scroll to the bottom and there are recorded webinars that you can watch.


We will be live with Chrome River starting January 13.  Besides the training webinars, we have scheduled the following dates and times for training in WEC 115. It is preferred that you attend the “Creating and Submitting Expense Reports” webinar before attending the on-site training.
