How to Request a Room on Astra Tutorial

Has requesting a room on been a confusing or difficult experience for you? Now on the FPU intranet under the “Events Office” tab, we have a step-by-step tutorial with pictures to walk you through the process of requesting a room. The PDF is also attached to this submission. You will receive an email confirmation that your meeting/event has been received and another email once the Events Office has approved the request.


If you find yourself needing to cancel or release an approved room reservation, please email the Events Office to cancel the reservation. Astra will not allow you to schedule less than 24 hours of the requested meeting date or more than 180 days in advance.
