On-Site Offering Free Counseling for COVID-19 Concerns

It’s easier to spill on your own couch…
Are you feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed by COVID-19? Let’s talk.

Coping with the outbreak of the coronavirus disease and recently enacted containment efforts is not easy. While fear, confusion and strong emotions are normal, taking care of your emotional health during a disaster will allow you to think clearly, react to urgent needs quickly, safely protect yourself and your family, and improve future resiliency.

In a collaborative offer of assistance to the FPU community, On-Site Counseling and the FPU Marriage and Family Therapy Department are here to help. Starting Monday, March 23, MFT-trainees are available to provide six-free sessions of telehealth counseling to anyone in the FPU community. This includes students, staff and faculty at all campuses, as well as their immediate family members. Call the On-Site referral line at 559-453-8050 or email onsite@fresno.edu to make an appointment.
