HR Coronavirus Q&A

Staff Executive and the Human Resources Office invite you to attend a virtual Q&A session, presented by HR personnel, answering questions about policies, guidelines and best practices for working remotely and other personnel issues related to coronavirus outbreak today at 2:00 p.m. This will be a webinar-style presentation, where only the presenters will have the option for camera and mic, all other attendees can participate via the Q&A/Chat function.

All faculty and staff should have received an email with the link to join the meeting (from Hannah Becker for staff, from Marshall Johnston for faculty).

A recording of the session will be made available for those unable to attend; the link to the recording should be posted in Squawk Box on Thursday, April 2.

Directions to join the meeting: When the user clicks on the link to the meeting their browser will open to a page with two prompts: “Get the Teams app” and “Watch on the web instead” – We recommend the watch on the web option as it is simpler as it doesn’t require downloading and installing anything. If anyone encounters issues joining the meeting, they can contact the IT Helpdesk or visit the following link for technical assistance.
