Notice of Payroll: Check Date Moved

Attention all employees:

With the Christmas to New Year’s holiday week on the horizon, the Human Resources Office wants to ensure you are aware of a change in the time entry due date to ensure there is no interruption in pay while the university is closed. To accommodate the holiday week, time entry deadlines for the December 13 – December 26 pay period will be moved to Friday, December 18. Please enter all hours worked, vacation time, sick time, and University Holiday time for December 18 – December 26 in advance (for those that qualify for this benefit). All time entry must be entered and approved by Friday, December 18. Doing this will ensure that you will receive all your pay on December 23. The next scheduled payroll will not take place until January 15, 2021. Please email with any questions.

Dates to Remember:

  • 12/18/20 – Employee time entry deadline 10:00 a.m. and supervisor approval deadline 11:59 p.m. for the 12/13-12/26 pay period
  • 12/23/20 – Payroll Distribution
  • 12/24/20 – 1/1/21 – Campus Closed
