An Evening with Rev. and Mrs. Menno Simons

"AN EVENING WITH REV. AND MRS. MENNO SIMONS" - Sunday, March 30 in the Butler Church, 7 - 9 p.m.
Menno Simons is the 16th century Dutch reformer after whom Mennonites are named.  Gerald Brunk, Professor Emeritus of History at Eastern Mennonite University (Harrisonburg, Virginia) will take on the role of Menno Simons, telling the story of his "Road to Decision."  Julia Reimer of the FPU theater faculty will take on the role of Mrs. (Geertruydt) Simons, likewise telling her story.  Admission is free. The evening is sponsored by the FPU Council of Senior Professionals, together with the FPU theater department, California Mennonite Historical Society, Center for MB Studies and the Butler Church.
