New online catering request form

We are excited to launch a new online form that will be used by individuals and departments to request any catering services for their meetings or events.  This new form will help to streamline the catering request process for everyone.  To request catering, please fill out the form located on the University’s intranet.  You will need to fill out one form for each catering request you have.   To access the form please visit (no www needed).  Once there, you will need to log in with your exchange user name and password.  After you log in, please click on the tab towards the top that reads “Departments and Offices” and then click on “University Marketing and Communications”.  Next, scroll down to find where it says “Online Catering Form” and click on it.  You will now have arrived at our new form and can fill it out and submit.  If you previously submitted a catering request to the events office, there is no need to resubmit it using the new online form.  Please contact myself or the Events Office if you have any questions.
